Mark Conway

This poem of Mark Conway’s is from a new ms. – other poems have or will appear in the American Poetry Review, Ploughshares, KROnline, the Iowa Review and the “Poem-a-Day” series of The Academy of American Poets.   He has two previous books of poetry, Dreaming Man, Face Down and Any Holy City.  Work from those books appeared in The Paris Review, Slate, APR, Prairie Schooner, Ploughshares, Agni, the Boston Review and Bomb.  He has received fellowships from the MacDowell Colony, the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference and the Corporation of Yaddo.
